REP-S
Arpol REP-S is a flexible coupling designed for pipe repair with outlet capability, allowing the integration of additional connections directly onto the pipeline. It provides a reliable solution to seal leaks while enabling new service connections without replacing the pipe.
Connect different pipe materials, with different outside diameters.
Advantages
Reduced bolt usage
Minimizes the number of bolts needed, simplifying assembly and decreasing installation time.
Quick assembly time
Optimized for efficiency, our couplings significantly cut down on assembly time, enabling faster project completion.
Lightweight design
Enhances ease of handling and installation, reducing physical strain and logistical costs.
Simplified installation
Engineered for ease, Arpol couplings ensure a straightforward installation process, even under challenging conditions.
No specialized machinery required
Designed for assembly without the need for heavy machinery or additional labor, facilitating a smoother and more cost-effective installation process.
Hydraulic sealing system
The technology of Arpol couplings is based on the active sealing system of the rubber gasket which allows the coupling to absorb imperfections and misalignments.
The active sealing system requires a lower torque rate than a conventional coupling that avoids to overload the pipe. The system utilizes a pressurized gasket where the elevated pressure within the pipeline presses the rubber lip against the pipe, actively creating a seal.
