In temporary installations or extreme cooling environments, PEHD collectors must remain sealed and securely fixed even under sub-zero conditions. In this mobile ice-rink installation in Spain, a mechanical coupling able to operate at –12 °C was used to ensure proper fastening and tightness within the metal frames.
